This book is part 3 of a series on CARVE, the developmental framework.
Part 1, CARVE Your Niche introduced the framework, part 2, CARVE Your Success, applied the framework to professional and career development, and now, in part 3 of the series, we are using the framework to inform organizational development and learning strategy.
The main focus is on the organization as a system and how to intentionally cultivate a culture that is learning-oriented and agile. It is important to recognize the role of non-individual contributors at all levels, from team leaders to organizational leaders. Framing the complexity of a systems-driven learning strategy that is focused on organizational development is also a key aspect the book explores.
