The career optimiser is an application focused on enabling success in the employee role. It is designed to scaffold and augment professional development and career management decisions and actions.

The application is based on my CARVE framework and I have been developing it for 5 years now.

At the moment, I am working on version 2 which is an AI powered version a lot more data across industries and I am really looking forward to sharing it with everyone and seeing how it helps.
